What happens after I apply?
We’ll review your business details within 48 hours and send you a short scoping summary. If it’s a good fit, we’ll confirm your founding client spot and schedule a kickoff call.
How long does the website setup take?
Most websites launch within 2-3 weeks from kickoff, depending on how quickly you provide your inputs (logo, copy, images).
What do I need to provide?
Your logo (if you have one), brand colours, business description, services list, contact details, and any photos you want on the site. We’ll guide you through what’s needed at kickoff.
What counts as small content edits?
Think: updating your phone number, swapping a team photo, adding a new service to your list, changing business hours, replacing testimonials, or fixing small copy issues. Not full page redesigns or new feature builds.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The website is built on your hosting, under your domain. If you ever cancel monthly care, the website stays yours. We don’t hold your site hostage.
Do I own my business content and assets?
Yes. Your business content, copy inputs, logos, images, and approved brand assets remain yours. Artus does not use the monthly care plan to hold your business material hostage.
Is ecommerce included at launch?
No. The founding offer is for a clean website foundation and monthly care. Ecommerce, booking systems, custom integrations, and advanced platforms are outside the launch scope.
Are edits unlimited?
No. Small content edits are included within scope. Full page redesigns, large copy rewrites, new pages, urgent same-day changes, and new features are quoted separately.
What happens if something breaks?
Monthly care includes basic support, checks, and recovery help. We investigate the issue, use backups or updates where appropriate, and tell you upfront if a fix falls outside the plan.
Can I add social media to my plan?
Yes, but we start with the website. Once your site is live and stable, we can scope a monthly social presence package — branded graphics and scheduled posting, priced separately based on your needs. Typically from R1,500/month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly care cancels with 30 days’ notice. No penalty, no lock-in. The website stays yours.
What if I need something outside the plan?
Extra work like a new landing page, ecommerce, or advanced SEO can be quoted separately. We’ll always tell you upfront if something falls outside scope.
